I had nights I would wake up from itching, cramping, and restlessness in my leg, My leg was swollen, and I had what looked like pig tails all up and down my leg.
This Dr. was quick to reassure me that it was not cosmetic and that it should’ve been taking care a long time ago( what a relief for me). He was clear about the procedure, and the recovery processes. I feel he is a give it to you straight kind of Dr. which I truly appreciated.

Dr Gonsalves is an amazing, skilled surgeon!! I had extreme pain in my left leg and, after two misdiagnosis from other doctors, he was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. For at least 10/12 years I had not been able to walk more than 20 feet without my leg going numb. Dr Gonsalves operated 4 months ago and I just completed an all time high of 3 miles….something i never believed possible. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Gonsalves…..he is amazing!
